Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a health care approach that focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure (primarily the spine) and it’s function with the muscles and nerves. The goal of any chiropractic treatment is to restore proper spinal joint function through correcting alignment in the spinal joints and to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is used to relieve stiffness and joint aches and pains. Our heated water table with massage jets will relax and loosen those sore muscles.
Massage
Massage is one of the oldest healing arts. It is the practice of soft tissue manipulation with physical, functional, and in some cases psychological purposes and goals. The benefits of massage are intended to: reduce stress and fatigue; alleviate pain while improving circulation and range of motion; enhance the immune system by stimulating lymph flow; reduce spasms and relax overused muscles.
Physio Therapy
Physical Rehabilitation Services provides services to individuals to develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability. This includes providing services in circumstances where movement and function are threatened by aging, injury, disease or environmental factors. This can be done through manual stretching, trigger point work and manual traction.
Observational study found that low back pain patients receiving chiropractic care, which typically includes spinal manipulation, are more satisfied than those receiving medical care." -New England Journal of Medicine
